Founded by Dr. Anisa Fatima, a Consultant Gynaecologist with over 40 years of experience in Pakistan and the Middle East, AKWT is a tribute to her late mother, Azeema Khatoon, whose compassion inspires this mission. Through Education, Medical Support, Training, and Relief Efforts, the Trust empowers communities and transforms lives.

Relief
The Trust has focused on relief efforts from natural disasters such as floods and earthquakes to vaccination campaigns to alleviate polio, and various other diseases. Both through active prevention, care, and cure; empowering communities and activating networks both in Pakistan and overseas.
